Horses Ring

The horse is quite often a solar symbol. It is a maternal archetype. This association of the horse with darker human drives, such as virility and sexuality, has been resented by numerous writers (Nietzsche).  Is connected in many ways with aspects of the earth, specifically the sun ,moon and water. In addition, it is related to air and wind, acting as the mediator between heaven and earth. In psychology it can be the unconscious, subhuman side. Two horses harnessed together is a sign of intellect.
